As a cooperative, Hendricks Power is governed by its Board of Directors, which is made up of member-owners like you! Board members are elected by other members in a democratic vote. This year, Areas 4 and 5 are up for election, along with an At-Large position. 

Our geographic areas were updated in 2024 to better represent and serve our members. The At-Large position may reside in any territory aside from Area 6.*

Hendricks Power Announces ’25-’26 Board of Directors and Annual Updates

Hendricks Power Cooperative hosted its 89th Annual Meeting & Member Appreciation Event on Thursday, July 17, at the Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds.

As a cooperative, Hendricks Power is guided by its Board of Directors, which is made up of member-owners like you! Board members are elected by other members in a democratic vote. This year areas 6 and 7 are up for election, along with an at-large position. 

Hendricks Power Cooperative’s board of directors recently approved a revised district map (see above). This redistricting, or rebalancing, of directors’ seats was needed to ensure members maintain fair and equal representation.

July 1-20, 2023, Hendricks Power Cooperative hosted its 87^th Annual Meeting & Member Appreciation Event on Thursday, July 20, at the Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds. The event included a board of directors’ election, an electric vehicle demonstration, a live line safety demonstration, family fun activities, co-op updates, giveaways, and a chance for members to win prizes.
