Hendricks Power Donates $2,000 to Support Just Be Kind Club Initiatives 

Hendricks Power Cooperative is proud to announce a $2,000 donation to the Just Be Kind Club, a local student-led organization dedicated to fostering kindness and supporting community needs. The funds were provided on behalf of Hendricks Power Cooperative and its members to help support the club’s impactful initiatives.

Hendricks Power Distributes Holiday Break Bags for Local Youth

Hendricks Power Cooperative employees made a meaningful impact this week by distributing holiday break bags to local blessings boxes, an initiative sparked by the organization’s commitment to addressing food insecurity among students during school breaks.

Hendricks Power Cooperative recently announced the winners of the 2022 Commitment to Community Scholarship program.  Over 75 member applications were received from graduating students.
The scholarship recipients are as follows: Benjamin Huff, Greencastle High School, Katherine Lawrence, Danville High School, Grace Smith, Avon High School, Adrianna Thompson, Tri-West High School, Lilly Vittetow, South Putnam High School, and Karlee Waugh, Plainfield High School.

AVON, IN – Hendricks Power Cooperative announced that CoBank has matched four donations to support local organizations. Hendricks Power and CoBank each donated $5,000 to the Parks Foundation of Hendricks Co., $1,500 to the Hendricks Co. 4-H Fairgrounds, $2,500 to the Hendricks Co. Historical Society, and $1,000 to the Hendricks Civic Theater.
