Interested in Becoming an HPC Board Member?

District Map

As a cooperative, Hendricks Power is guided by its Board of Directors, which is made up of member-owners like you!  Board members are elected by other
members in a democratic vote. This year, geographic areas 7, 8, 9, and 10 are up for election.
Due to recent growth, our geographic areas have been updated to better represent and serve our members. The current areas up for election include townships in Putnam and Montgomery counties along with Washington, Franklin, and Eel River townships in Hendricks County.  Board Members serve three-year terms and attend monthly board meetings to discuss and decide on current cooperative affairs. They affect important decisions about rates, renewable energy, financial plans, and overall co-op strategy.

If you are interested in representing your geographic area in our Board of Directors election, you will need to submit a petition.
