As a cooperative, Hendricks Power is guided by its Board of Directors, which is made up of member-owners like
you! Board members are elected by other members in a democratic vote. This year, areas 1, 2, and 3 are up for
election.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A DIRECTOR?
Directors serve three-year terms representing members at monthly board meetings. They govern and direct Cooperative affairs. They affect important decisions about rates, financial plans, and overall co-op strategy.

High school students can spend a day at the Indiana Statehouse. Page Day will take place January 27, 2026.
