election.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A DIRECTOR?
Directors serve three-year terms representing members at monthly board meetings. They govern and direct Cooperative affairs. They affect important decisions about rates, financial plans, and overall co-op strategy.
HOW DO I RUN FOR A SEAT?
Members in areas 1, 2, and 3 are eligible to submit a petition that places their name on the election ballot. Learn more about the petition process at hendrickspower.com/election.

WHEN ARE ELECTION RESULTS ANNOUNCED?
Election results will be announced at our annual meeting on July 17, 2025. Member voting will take place during July and at our annual meeting.
