This Veterans Day, we pause to honor and recognize the men of Hendricks Power Cooperative who have proudly served our nation. Their dedication and sacrifice reflect the same commitment they now bring to serving HPC members and communities every day.

At Hendricks Power, we’re proud to have veterans among our team who embody the values of integrity, service, and leadership—values that strengthen our cooperative and the people we serve. Their journey of service didn’t end when they left the military; it continues here at home.

"I never imagined the level of support we received from our members and professional partners when I began this project," says Steve Luckey, Manager of Construction Services at Hendricks Power.

Through RELITE, a rigorous two-year leadership program sponsored by Indiana Electric Cooperatives, Luckey was tasked with one last assignment before graduation - a capstone of his choosing to benefit his community.
