Understanding Your Bill 

1. Facilities Charge This is a fixed charge that covers the costs of maintaining electric service to your home or business.

2. On-Peak (M-F, 5-8 pm) The rate applied during high-demand hours.

3. Off-Peak (5:01 am-4:59 pm & 8:01 pm-10:59 pm) Reduced rate during times of low demand.

4. Super Off-Peak (11 pm-5 am) Lowest-cost rate for times of lowest demand.

5. Power Cost Adjustment This reflects monthly or quarterly changes in the cost of fuel and wholesale power.

6. Tax Refers to the 7% Indiana state sales tax.

7. RoundUp Participating members round up their monthly bill to the next dollar. The extra change goes directly into a community fund to support local charities, non-profits, and community projects. 

On-Peak (M-F, 5-8 pm) Excludes weekends/holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day. When excluded: Off-Peak rates apply.
