Sign Up for Real-Time Outage Notifications

Sign up for Hendricks Power outage notifications on SmartHub to get real-time updates by text, email, or both.

Ensure you receive these important alerts by verifying that your SmartHub account contact information is up to date and that you’ve opted in to receive outage notifications.

Once you’ve enrolled in notifications, we’ll keep you in the loop with alerts if your power goes out, send updates as we work to restore power, and let you know as soon as it’s back on.

Ready to get started? In SmartHub, go to More > Settings > Manage Notifications > Service, then select which alerts you want.

Simply click on each one to enroll for text messages or emails and turn on the toggle.
