Outage Notifications
Don’t miss important outage alerts. Get timely notifications when they matter most.
You can choose to receive text messages, emails, or both by opting in for notifications from your SmartHub account.
Start by checking your contact methods to confirm your cell phone number is listed. If it isn’t, add it before continuing. Log in to SmartHub, then select More > Settings > Manage Notifications > Service and choose the notifications you want to receive. These options now include Planned Power Outage, Power Outage, Power Outage Restored, and Power Outage Update. Simply click on each one to enroll for text messages or emails and turn on the toggle.
