Annual Retiree Luncheon

Hendricks Power welcomed back former employees for its annual retiree luncheon on Friday, September 12th. This event brings together generations of team members who helped shape the cooperative into what it is today. The luncheon serves as an opportunity for retirees to reunite with old friends, share memories of their time at Hendricks Power, and hear updates about current projects. Attendees enjoyed lunch from Dinner is Done.

“Our former employees remain an important part of the Hendricks Power community,” said Greg Ternet, Hendricks Power Cooperative CEO. “Their continued support is a reminder of the strong foundation they helped build.”

Heather Thompson, Director of Human Resources, added, “We look forward to this luncheon every year as an opportunity to show our appreciation. It’s nice to hear about their families and how they’re spending their retirement. Their connections built here are lasting and we are glad that Hendricks Power’s culture remains a meaningful part of their lives.”
