Each year, Hendricks Power sponsors students to attend Camp Kilowatt. In 2026 camp will be located in a new location than previous years, at the beautiful Happy Hollow Children's Camp in Nashville, IN. Camp Kilowatt provides a fun, powerful, and unique camp experience designed for Indiana students entering seventh grade.
Imagine starting your child's summer vacation learning about electricity, trying cool activities, and playing fun games while making new friends!
Students will spend their days at camp:
- horseback riding
- canoeing
- rock climbing
- zip lining
- swimming
- learning about electrical safety
- and even taking bucket truck rides!
