ANNUAL MEETING & MEMBER APPRECIATION EVENT
HENDRICKS COUNTY 4-H FAIRGROUNDS
JULY 23, 11 AM - 7 PM
Members and their families can scan the admission QR code (found in the invite emailed or mailed to their home) to attend the 4-H Fair for free. Once admitted, members can vote at the Sponsor of the Day Pavilion. Members will receive $10 in fair food vouchers to use at any food vendor on July 23, along with a chance to win one of eight (8) $200 energy credits or one of two (2) $500 energy credits for attending the business meeting at 6:30 pm. Please note that all voting households are eligible to receive $10 in fair food vouchers for pickup at the Sponsor of the Day Pavilion. Members can still receive their vouchers after voting has concluded at 6 pm.
