BUSINESS MEETING

July 23 - Hendricks Power Expo Hall - 6:30 PM

Attend in person or tune in on YouTube to catch up on current cooperative news and events, hear the results of the Board of Directors election, and see if you're a lucky winner! All participating members will receive a chance to win one of two (2) $500 energy credits or one of eight (8) $200 energy credits. * To win one of the $500 energy credits, you must be present at the Business portion of the meeting at 6:30 PM.

VOTING

To ensure all members have the chance to vote, Hendricks Power will offer online and day-of voting for our board of directors election. Election results will be announced at the business meeting on July 23, 2026. All participating members will receive a chance to win one of two (2) $500 energy credits or one of eight (8) $200 energy credits. * To win one of the $500 energy credits, you must be present at the Business portion of the meeting at 6:30 PM.

If using a mobile device, cast your vote by following these instructions:
- Log in using the SmartHub app.
- Press the "Vote Now" button at the top of your screen.
- Press "Continue" at the bottom of the page.
- Cast your vote for areas 4, 5, and one At-Large position. Please note: there is a link that allows members to view candidates' bios.
- Once your ballot is confirmed, press "Continue" and check the box that constitutes an electronic signature.
-  Press "Cast Vote!"

If using a desktop computer, cast your vote by following these instructions:
- Log in to SmartHub by visiting the Hendricks Power home page.
- At the top right corner of the screen, press "Vote Now." 
- Press "Continue" at the bottom of the page.
- Cast your vote for areas 4, 5, and one At-Large position. Please note: there is a link that allows members to view candidates' bios.
- Once your ballot is confirmed, press "Continue" and check the box that constitutes an electronic signature.

ANNUAL MEETING

Members and their families can bring and scan the QR code from their invitation (email or physical) for free admission to the 4-H fair. Showing the pass on your phone or a screenshot will qualify. Once admitted, members can vote at the Sponsor of the Day Pavilion. Members will receive $10 in fair food vouchers to use at any food vendor on July 23, 2026. Members who have voted online will receive fair food vouchers.
