HPC Earns an ACSI® 2025 Customer Satisfaction Award

This recognition is based on member survey results measuring overall satisfaction, how well we met expectations, and how we compared to an ideal co-op experience. Thank you for your feedback—HPC remains committed to making member satisfaction a top priority.

Award criteria are determined by the ACSI® and are based on customers' rating their satisfaction in a survey independent of the syndicated ACSI Energy Utility Study.
