SUSAN WEBB
Susan Webb is the incumbent director seeking re-election in Area 7. During her past 6 years tenure as Director, she has earned Director Gold, the highest certification that can be awarded by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. Webb’s goal as director is to continue to provide the members of Hendricks Power the safest and most reliable service at the lowest cost while maintaining the values upon which the cooperative was founded. She also represents Hendricks Power on the Indiana Electric Cooperatives Board of Directors and is a member of the Women’s International Network of Utility Professionals, which offers professional development, networking, and mentoring for women in the utility industry.
Webb is the founder of Homes & Homesites, Inc., a real estate and property management company, and has more than 30 years of experience as a Realtor.  She is also a longtime member of Tri Kappa, a statewide women’s philanthropic organization that promotes charity, culture, and education. Webb is also a past president and former treasurer of the Washington Township Advisory Board.
Webb and her husband, Russell, are residents of Avon in Washington Township. They have four grown children and enjoy being grandparents and active within the community.

ALAN CZYZEWSKI
Alan Czyzewski is a candidate seeking election in Area 7. Czyzewski was born and raised in Chicago and attended Boston College in Massachusetts, attaining his undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance. He worked for 2 and 1/2 years for a large regional public accounting firm in Chicago and then attended the University of Southern California, earning his Master’s and Ph.D. in Accounting. Czyzewski and his wife then moved to Hendricks County to be closer to family. He taught Cost Accounting, Ethics, and Introductory Accounting at Indiana State University. Since then, he has earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certificates. He has also served on various committees for St. Susanna Church, the Boy Scout Troops, the Board of the Central Indiana Certified Fraud Examiners Chapter, and the Plainfield High School Show Choirs. He and his wife of 29 years have also raised two daughters. Czyzewski spends his spare time woodworking, reading, and gardening.

MIKE MAKSYMICZ
Mike Maksymicz is a candidate seeking election in Area 7.
Maksymicz received his BS and Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri School of
Mines, which initially led him to a career in the field of Aero Space; most notably working as a System Engineer
on the Apollo for General Electric. As programs shifted, Maksymicz's career also changed where he then
became a Product Planner in the Appliance Division. He then went on to work for Delco Electronics, a division
of General Motors, where he spent most of his career in market research and strategy development for
worldwide products.
Maksymicz hopes to use his skills in helping Hendricks Power to run efficiently at a cost-plus advantage and
to provide consumers the best cost of the product at a profit level that meets their needs. Maksymicz and his wife, Shirley, live in Royal Troon and have five children. He also currently serves on the Board of the H&H Community Services.

AREA 8
STAN RYLAND
Stan Ryland is the incumbent director seeking re-election in Area 8. A graduate of Fillmore High School, he also holds his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. After receiving his degree, Ryland worked as an engineer in the electric utility industry for several years. He spent the next 27 years working in the agriculture industry in Hendricks and surrounding counties as co-owner of a drainage contracting company. He sold his interest in this business and has semi-retired, working part-time as an agent for a right-of-way acquisition company. Ryland has been a member of Hendricks Power for 41 years and has served as a director for the past 27 years. He and his wife Sharen have two children, two granddaughters, and a great-granddaughter. He enjoys fishing, gardening, and spending time with his family.

AREA 9
JEFF FLEECE
Jeff Fleece is the incumbent director seeking re-election in Area 9. After graduating from Tri-West High School in 1976, Fleece was employed by Allison Transmissions for over 23 years. In 2000 he successfully transitioned into a career as a crop insurance agent and now owns his own insurance agency in North Salem, selling all lines of insurance. Fleece is an acting Trustee in the North Salem United Methodist Church and is supportive of his community and very involved in the 4-H programs in several counties. He is a life-long resident of Hendricks county along with his wife, Brenda, their three children, ten grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

AREA 10
CHRIS MANN
Chris Mann is a candidate seeking election in Area 10.  A graduate of Cloverdale High School, Mann holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering and a Master's degree in Agronomy, both from Purdue University. Upon graduation in 1995, Mann chose to join his family's farming operation, White Oak Farms Partnership. The farm is a diversified crop and livestock farm. He is co-owner of the farm along with two brothers. Mann has a strong interest and knowledge of electrical fundamentals and been involved with several electrical construction projects on the farm. Mann also has a passion for community service and public policy. He is a past member of the Cloverdale school board, Zoning board, and Wellhead Protection board. He is also past president of the Putnam County Farm Bureau and has served on several Farm Bureau local, state, and national committees. He and his wife Jennifer have three children and are members of New Providence Baptist Church.

CLAYTON MCCAMMACK
Clayton McCammack is a candidate seeking election in Area 10. McCammack is a sixth-generation farmer from Belle Union, Indiana where he operates and manages McCammack Farms along with his parents. Farm production includes non-GMO corn, along with soybeans and wheat. Since the farm has been in the McCammack family for many generations, maintaining it for the future is key. McCammack enjoys trying new ways of raising a crop that not only increases production but limits environmental impact. Outside the farm, McCammack has served on the Putnam and Hendricks Farm Service Agency County Committee from 2009-2017 and was re-elected for a 3-year term starting last January. McCammack graduated from South Putnam High School in 1996, and Purdue University in May of 2000, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics. He enjoys scouting crops during the growing season with his girlfriend, Kiszka, and Friday pizza and movie nights with their 2 girls.

Members and their families can submit the parking & admission ticket (found in the invite that was mailed to their home) to attend the 4-H Fair for free. Once admitted, members can vote at the Sponsor of the Day Pavilion. Members will receive $10 in fair food vouchers to use at any food vendor on July 22, along with a $10 bill credit. Please note, all households are eligible to receive the $10 in fair food vouchers. Members are also able to register and receive their vouchers after voting has concluded at 6 pm.
