2025 Annual Meeting Schedule

ANNUAL MEETING & MEMBER APPRECIATION EVENT

HENDRICKS COUNTY 4-H FAIRGROUNDS
JULY 17, 11 AM - 7 PM

Members and their families can scan the admission QR (found in the invite that was emailed or mailed to their home) to attend the 4-H Fair for free. Once admitted, members can vote at the Sponsor of the Day Pavilion. Members will receive $10 in fair food vouchers to use at any food vendor on July 17, along with a chance to win one of eight (5) $200 energy credits or one of two (2) $500 energy credits for attending the business meeting at 6:30 pm. Please note, all voting households are eligible to receive the $10 in fair food vouchers for pickup at the Sponsor of the Day Pavilion. Members can still receive their vouchers after voting has concluded at 6 pm.

Get close and learn about a variety of animals.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE DEMONSTRATION

Promenade
Learn about our Model Y, Ford Lightning, and an EV Hummer! Ask your questions about electric vehicles.

Submit your votes by 6 PM and enjoy family fun with balloon animals and face painting!

Catch up on current cooperative happenings, results of the election, and winners of the two $500 bill credits and eight $200 bill credits. * To win one of the $500 bill credits, you must be present at the Business portion of the meeting at 6:30 PM.
