2023 Annual Meeting Schedule

ANNUAL MEETING & MEMBER APPRECIATION EVENT

HENDRICKS COUNTY 4-H FAIRGROUNDS
JULY 20, 11 AM - 8 PM

Members and their families can scan the parking & admission QR (found in the invite that was emailed or mailed to their home) to attend the 4-H Fair for free. Once admitted, members can vote at the Sponsor of the Day Pavilion. Members will receive $10 in fair food vouchers to use at any food vendor on July 20, along with a chance to win one of five (5) $500 energy credits. Please note, all households are eligible to receive the $10 in fair food vouchers. Members can still receive their vouchers after voting has concluded at 6 pm.

LIVE LINE SAFETY DEMONSTRATION

Learn about indoor and outdoor electrical safety. Fun for all ages!

ELECTRIC VEHICLE DEMONSTRATION

Promenade
Learn about our Tesla Model Y, along with a Rivian R1T, and Ford Lightning.

5-7 PM

FAMILY FUN

Sponsor of the Day Pavilion
Get your last-minute votes in and enjoy family fun with balloon animals and Silly Safaris animal shows at 3 and 4:30 pm. Voting ends at 6 pm.

6:30 PM

Catch up on current cooperative happenings, results of the election, and winners of the five $500 bill credits.*
