Mark your calendars for this year's annual meeting! The annual meeting and member appreciation event will take place at the Hendricks Co. 4-H Fairgrounds on Thursday, July 18, from 11 AM-7 PM. The event will feature many member favorites, including Silly Safaris, electric vehicle demonstrations, an electrical safety demonstration, balloon animals, face painting, superheroes, and voting for our Board of Directors. Members who register to vote will receive $10 in fair bucks to use at any food vendor and will also be entered to win one of two (2) $500 energy credits or one of eight (8) $200 energy credits. You must be present to the Business portion of the meeting to win the larger prize.

As a reminder, most members will receive an email invitation to this year's meeting to the most recent email address on file. The email will be titled "Official 2024 Hendricks Power Annual Meeting Invitation" and will be sent in June. The email has a QR code that will be scanned for free parking and entry to the fair to attend our meeting.
