The annual spring gardening show returns to the Hendricks Co. Fairgrounds Expo Hall on Saturday, April 26, from 9 am-4 pm. Admission is free! There will be free seeds and trees, gardening presentations, gardening-related vendor booths, children's activities, and more.

Mark your calendars for this year's annual meeting! The annual meeting and member appreciation event will take place at the Hendricks Co. 4-H Fairgrounds on Thursday, July 17, from 11 AM-7 PM. The event will feature many member favorites, including Silly Safaris Animal Shows, electric vehicle demonstration, an electrical safety demonstration, balloon animals, face painting, and voting for our Board of Directors. Members who register to vote will receive $10 in fair bucks to use at any food vendor. All participating members will receive a chance to win one of two (2) $500 bill credits or one of eight (8) $200 bill credits. * To win one of the $500 bill credits, you must be present at the Business portion of the meeting at 6:30 PM.

As a reminder, most members will receive an email invitation to this year's meeting to the most recent email address on file. The email will be titled "Official 2025 Hendricks Power Annual Meeting Invitation" and will be sent in June. The email has a QR code that will be scanned for free entry to the fair to attend our meeting. The QR code can be scanned from the email as a photo/screenshot or a printed invitation. ANNUAL MEETING & MEMBER APPRECIATION EVENT

JULY 17, 11 AM - 7 PM

In late June, Members will receive a QR code by mail or email to scan for free admission to the 4-H Fair on July 17. Once admitted, members can vote at the Sponsor of the Day Pavilion. Members will receive $10 in fair food vouchers to use at any food vendor on July 17 and a chance to win one of two (2) $500 bill credits or one of eight (8) $200 bill credits. Please note that all households can receive the $10 in fair food vouchers. Members are also able to register and receive their vouchers after voting has concluded at 6 pm.

11 AM	REGISTRATION & VOTING BEGINS Sponsor of the Day Pavilion Bring the QR code from your invitation for free entry to the fair.
2 PM	LIVE LINE SAFETY DEMONSTRATION Hendricks Power Expo Hall Learn about indoor and outdoor electrical safety. Fun for all ages!
3:00 & 4:30 PM	SILLY SAFARI SHOWS Sponsor of the Day Pavilion Entertainment Stage Get close and learn about a variety of animals.
4 PM	ELECTRIC VEHICLE DEMONSTRATION Promenade Learn about our Tesla Model 3, Model Y, and a Ford Lightning! Ask your questions about electric vehicles.
4:30- 6:30 PM	FAMILY FUN Sponsor of the Day Pavilion Submit your votes by 6 PM and enjoy family fun with balloon animals, and face painting!
6:30 PM	BUSINESS MEETING Hendricks Power Expo Hall Catch up on current cooperative happenings, the election results, and the winners of the two $500 bill credits and eight $200 bill credits. * To win one of the $500 bill credits, you must be present at the Business portion of the meeting at 6:30 PM.
